yStrive is a unique youth organization that is native to Santa Barbara, Goleta, Isla Vista and Carpinteria, California. Our goal is to build a youth driven, youth-run and youth-led non-profit corporation that grows as we do. Learning to help ourselves and then schooling our peers is the only way we will ever have social, educational and financial independence |

We are a group of youth with common issues that want to succeed, promote or create restorative initiatives that benefit us and our community. We know that we will have to work with adults and other organizations to find solutions but not to be told what to do or think. If adults really had all the answers there would not be any youth on youth violence. We will find a way to put an end to how society's problems affect us because we won't give up, its not an option. All we ask is that you as an adult help to point us in what you think is a good direction. We will solve the problem of high youth unemployment by creating jobs and businesses for ourselves. We are the youth of Santa Barbara, Goleta, Isla Vista and Carpinteria striving for YOUTH! | ||||
