No Weapons of any kind!

No Drugs of any kind, if you have a prescription for medication then staff will need to hold meds for you. If will also have to be noted by a parent or guardian by phone. Your prescription must have a prescribed dosage and not combined with any other substance or delivery system besides hypodermic.

All electronic devices must be kept unused during retreat. You will not receive community service hours if you are not involved in all group, team and individual activities.

Hiking boots if you have them and plan to hike with Dr. "C"

Swimming suits must either be one-piece for girls or covered with a tee shirt and guys should bring board shorts (n0 speedos please)!
